1. Your Rights Under CCPA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendment, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, share, and sell about you.
  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete personal information we have collected about you. You can do this self-service via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
  • Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information via your Profile page.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

2. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

NESCODER LTD does not sell your personal information.

We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so. Because we do not sell personal information, there is no need to opt out.

3. We Do Not Share Personal Information for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising

We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting technologies.

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by the CCPA. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

We share personal information with the following service providers for business purposes only (not sold):

  • Stripe (US/EU) — Payment processing
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) (Frankfurt, Germany — EU) — Cloud hosting and infrastructure
